The owner, Mark Johnson, can be found regularly in the kitchen or dining
room as these restaurants are locally owned and operated. Open six days a week
and closed on Sunday, the doors to each restaurant read "Closed on Sunday for
Family and Worship". By special request only you might smell the barbecue
cooking on Sunday as Homecoming or a special event at a church will be
enjoying Hog Heaven Bar-B-Q.
